3.) Last, please note a few ways in the Discussion Forum (Moodle) that the two cases (Bergs = 1994, Polydors = 2010) are similar and different. After briefly comparing & contrasting the two cases, share your opinion about how you think the judge will rule in the Polydor case based on what you've learned from Berg v. Glen Cove and the FOX article.
